Two limited-edition PS5 designs will launch with Rockstar’s upcoming game

Grand Theft Auto VI is getting special PlayStation hardware when Rockstar Games’ anticipated release arrives later this year.
Sony revealed two GTA VI Limited Edition DualSense wireless controllers during State of Play on September 3, 2026. Black-and-white versions will be available, with both designs inspired by Vice City and the wider setting of Leonida.
Each controller features a shimmering finish that changes color under different lighting. Molded palm-tree details appear across the controllers alongside official Grand Theft Auto VI branding.
The white edition takes inspiration from Vice City’s beaches, pastel skies, and daytime scenery. The black edition reflects the city’s nightlife and neon lighting.
Both controllers will launch on November 19, 2026, the same day GTA VI arrives on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Each controller carries a recommended price of $84.99, with preorders beginning September 10 at 10 a.m. local time.
The white controller will be sold through PlayStation Direct and participating retailers while supplies last. The black model will have more limited availability, including PlayStation Direct exclusivity across supported regions and select retailers elsewhere.
Sony also confirmed that GTA VI will use the DualSense controller’s haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. Those features will react to events throughout Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos’ story.
The controllers are the first officially announced GTA VI-themed PS5 hardware. Their limited availability and same-day launch make both designs notable collector items ahead of one of the year’s biggest releases.
