During RAW, WWE announced that a special Sunday edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event will take place on September 6 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
The date had previously been set for Money in the Bank in New Orleans. WWE has since moved that premium live event to Saturday, October 10, with Smoothie King Center still serving as the host venue.
September 6 falls on Labor Day weekend, giving WWE a major Sunday night event during a busy holiday stretch.
State Farm Arena has a recent history with Saturday Night’s Main Event. The Atlanta venue hosted the July 2025 special that featured Goldberg’s retirement match.
Tickets for Sunday Night’s Main Event will go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. ET. Fans in the United States can watch the show live on Peacock.
Saturday Night’s Main Event first became a major WWE television brand during the 1980s. The series returned in December 2024 and has remained part of WWE’s special event schedule.
WWE also has another Saturday Night’s Main Event set for July 18 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The September 6 Atlanta show will follow as the next major stop for the revived series.
