The August 14 episode averaged 1.247 million viewers with a 0.30 rating in the key demographic. That gives SmackDown a 33,000-viewer increase, or 2.6%, while the P18–49 rating climbed by 0.02.

SmackDown also finished slightly ahead of the comparable week from last year. The August 22, 2025, episode drew 1.258 million viewers with a 0.35 demo rating, meaning total viewership increased 1.7% year over year while the key demographic declined 8.6%.

The latest audience finished above SmackDown’s reported 2026 average of 1.233 million viewers. The August 21 episode was approximately 3.8% higher than that year-to-date mark, while its 0.32 demographic rating was above the year-to-date average of 0.27.

August’s month-to-date average is approximately 1.332 million viewers. That puts the August 21 episode 52,333 viewers below the monthly average, although its 0.32 demo rating was essentially in line with the month.

SmackDown’s four-week rolling average sits at 1.344 million viewers. Recent episodes drew 1.379 million viewers on July 31, 1.470 million on August 7, 1.247 million on August 14, and 1.280 million on August 21.

The strongest SmackDown audience of 2026 remains the April 17 episode with 1.58 million viewers. The latest result gives the show a modest rebound after the previous week’s decline while keeping total viewership above its year-to-date average.
