A superplex onto chairs sets up The Glamour’s victory
Summary
– Blake Monroe defeated Giulia in a Street Fight on SmackDown
– Their brawl spilled through the arena and into the backstage area
– Monroe secured the victory with the Neutralizer after a superplex onto chairs
Blake Monroe survived a fight that stretched far beyond the ring to defeat Giulia on SmackDown. The Glamour finished their Street Fight with the Neutralizer after sending Giulia crashing onto a pile of chairs.
Giulia met Monroe at the bottom of the entrance ramp, and the two immediately began trading blows. Monroe grabbed a kendo stick and struck Giulia across the midsection and back, but her early advantage disappeared when Giulia knocked her off the barricade into the timekeeper’s area.
The weapons continued coming into play as Giulia retrieved her own kendo stick and sent Monroe into chairs stacked outside the ring. Their fight spread through the arena, with Monroe driving Giulia into a screen before the action reached the backstage area.
Monroe landed a headbutt and sprayed hairspray into Giulia’s eyes. Giulia responded by sending her face-first into a mirror, then dragged her back toward ringside.
Back inside the ring, Giulia connected with a missile dropkick and covered Monroe, but The Glamour kicked out. Monroe then found another way to stop Giulia’s momentum, spraying her with a fire extinguisher while she stood on the ring steps.
That created the opening for the decisive sequence. Monroe delivered a superplex from the steps onto the chairs below, then returned Giulia to the ring.
The Neutralizer followed, giving Monroe the three-count and ending a match that had carried both women from the entrance ramp to backstage and back again.
