WWE Raw returns on August 17 with Roman Reigns, championship action, and two matches in the World Heavyweight Championship No. 1 Contender’s Tournament.
Roman Reigns is scheduled to appear as the situation involving Solo Sikoa continues. Jey Uso defeated Sikoa on last week’s Raw, setting up the next development in the Bloodline story.
Chad Gable will defend the Intercontinental Championship against Rey Mysterio. Gable previously made it clear that he was willing to give the WWE Hall of Famer a championship opportunity.
The World Heavyweight Championship No. 1 Contender’s Tournament will also continue with two matches.
Dragon Lee will face El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. for a chance to advance in the tournament.
Rey Fenix will also compete against El Fiscal as both men look to move closer to a future World Heavyweight Championship opportunity.
