Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson officially added another major honor to his career Sunday night after being inducted into the 2026 class of Disney Legends at D23 in Anaheim, California.

The ceremony became even more personal when Johnson revealed it was Simone’s birthday weekend and encouraged the D23 audience to sing “Happy Birthday” to her.
Johnson then spoke about what he believes fame should represent. He said his younger daughters, Jazzy and Tia, already understand that the best part of fame is making other people feel good.
He closed his remarks by emphasizing the importance of kindness and treating people well, regardless of changing trends or success.
Johnson’s career has taken him from multiple WWE Championship reigns to blockbuster movies, producing projects, and voicing Maui in Disney’s Moana franchise.
The former WWE Champion can now officially add Disney Legend to his long list of accomplishments.
