WWE NXT delivered one of its strongest ratings performances of the year with the September 1, 2026, episode on The CW Network.
According to Jed I. Goodman, the show averaged 768,000 viewers and earned a 0.17 rating in the key P18–49 demographic.
The August 25 episode drew 632,000 viewers and a 0.09 rating in the demographic. That means NXT gained 136,000 viewers while its demographic rating increased by 0.08.
Total viewership climbed approximately 21.5 percent from the previous week. The P18–49 rating increased by approximately 88.9 percent.
The results also represented a significant year-over-year improvement. NXT drew 655,000 viewers and a 0.14 rating in the demographic during the comparable week in 2025.
Compared to that episode, total viewership increased by 17.3 percent while the key demographic improved by 21.4 percent.
The September 1 audience also finished well above NXT’s 2026 average of approximately 614,545 viewers. The episode exceeded that average by more than 153,000 viewers.
NXT’s recent four-week average now stands at 667,750 viewers. The September 1 episode finished approximately 15 percent above that figure.
The previous four episodes drew 588,000, 683,000, 632,000, and 768,000 viewers, showing an uneven trend before the latest increase.
The 768,000 viewers represent NXT’s largest audience of 2026 and the highest total recorded during the past 12 months. The lowest audience during that period was 498,000 viewers on May 12.
