Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno have a semifinal meeting with the NXT Tag Team Champions ahead of them. Their victory over Fraxiom on the October 13 episode of NXT secured a match against Vanity Project in the 2026 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
Dar and Moreno survived a competitive quarterfinal against Nathan Frazer and Axiom. A combined spinning elbow and leg sweep brought the match to an end, sending Fraxiom out of the tournament.
Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes earned their place earlier in the show by defeating Mini Vikingo and Chazz Hall. The champions capitalized after Hall’s shooting star press was blocked, finishing him with Hit It and Quit It.
Two quarterfinals remain on the opposite side of the bracket. El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. and Galeno will meet Lexis King and Charlie Dempsey, while the Creed Brothers face Hank and Tank. Both matches are scheduled for the October 20 episode of NXT.
