Zoey Stark has finally given fans the update they’ve been hoping for. The injured WWE RAW star took to Instagram on October 18 to announce a major breakthrough in her recovery, revealing that she’s back on track after months of intense rehabilitation.

Stark suffered a devastating knee injury earlier this year, tearing her ACL, MCL, and meniscus during a match on the May 19 episode of RAW. The injury required a three-hour surgery and extensive physical therapy, leading to fears that another procedure might be needed. “I was told that either I would have to get a scope done or a manipulation under anesthesia,” Stark explained in her video. “That would have pushed my recovery back, and that’s why I was so upset.”

Fortunately, those fears are now behind her. “But now we’re back on track. That did not have to happen. Thank God,” she said. “Now I’m running, I’m jumping, I have full range of motion. Things are going great. Honestly, I’m happy. I’m blessed.”

This marks a huge turnaround from her earlier updates, where even reaching 90 degrees of knee flexion was a challenge. Stark credited her physical therapy and determination for getting her through the setbacks. She ended her message with a smile and a tease for what’s next: “I really, really can’t wait to get back into the ring and get back to you guys. So that’s all—Stark out.”

While no official return date has been set, early reports indicate Stark is expected to rejoin WWE sometime after WrestleMania 42 in 2026. For now, her latest progress shows the comeback is well underway.
