WWE talent scheduled to compete at Crown Jewel 2026 have reportedly arrived in Saudi Arabia safely, with no problems reported so far.
Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer said all WWE personnel involved with the event are now in the country. He also noted that Power Slap, which has been operating in Saudi Arabia this week, has not encountered issues.
The update comes amid security concerns in the region. Saudi Arabia has faced attacks by Iran-backed Houthi rebels, including strikes targeting infrastructure such as airports. WWE has continued preparing for the show while monitoring the situation.
Crown Jewel was moved from the planned outdoor Riyadh Season Stadium to the indoor ANB Arena. WWE has also arranged for much of the broadcast production to be handled remotely from its headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.
A production crew in Riyadh will manage cameras, audio, and other equipment, then transmit the feeds to Stamford. There, WWE’s team will operate much of the broadcast. Fewer production staff than usual are reportedly traveling to Saudi Arabia.
Crown Jewel 2026 remains scheduled for November 7 at ANB Arena in Riyadh. WWE has not announced any further changes to the event.
