The appearance marked his first match since losing to Roman Reigns in the main event of SummerSlam Night Two on August 2.
WWE placed Rollins in a six-man tag team match alongside LA Knight and Solo Sikoa against members of The Bloodline.
Rollins played a major role in the finish. He connected with a Pedigree before delivering the Stomp to secure the victory for his team.
His return ended an absence that lasted more than five weeks. Rollins disappeared from WWE programming immediately after his SummerSlam loss to Reigns.
Reports during his time away indicated that the break was a creative decision rather than the result of an injury. His absence reportedly continued longer than WWE originally expected.
Returning during a live event allowed Rollins to test himself in a complete match before potentially stepping back in front of the Raw cameras.
WWE has not announced when Rollins will return to television or what storyline awaits him. However, his performance in Ecuador confirmed that he is ready to compete again.
