Reina Volcan made her return to NXT television on September 22 and immediately created chaos by attacking Kali Armstrong and Skylar Raye.
Armstrong was wrestling Raye when she accidentally knocked out the referee while attempting the Kali Connection. Volcan used the opening to enter the ring and attack, Raye.
She then turned her attention to Armstrong, planting her with a powerslam and leaving both competitors down.
Raye recovered first and covered Armstrong for the three-count. Although Volcan was responsible for the attack, Raye was officially credited with the victory.
Volcan had been away from NXT television for several weeks, but recently teased that she was preparing for her “Volcán Era.” She continued to appear at NXT live events during her absence, while waiting for her television return.
Her last televised appearance came on July 21, when she defeated Raye in approximately three minutes. Volcan’s latest appearance was far more destructive, as she attacked both women and directly influenced the match’s outcome.
The “Volcán Era” has officially started, and Volcan already has two new enemies in Armstrong and Raye.
