The match took place at Arena CDMX in Mexico City and featured a field that included Mr. Iguana, Abismo Negro Jr., Histeria, Mascarita Sagrada, Taurus, El Fiscal, Laredo Kid, Mecha Wolf, La Parka, El Mesias, Dinamico, and Texano Jr.
The entire match changed once Omos entered. The Nigerian Giant immediately began eliminating competitors and quickly took control of the ring.
Omos eliminated Texano Jr., Laredo Kid, El Mesias, Mecha Wolf, and La Parka during his first stretch of destruction.
Chris Carter entered next but was unable to slow Omos down. Carter was quickly caught and eliminated before he could establish any momentum.
Nino Hamburguesa entered last and went directly after Omos. The WWE star remained in control and eliminated Mr. Iguana before Mascarita Sagrada eliminated himself.
That left Hamburguesa as the final person standing between Omos and another Copa Bardahl victory. Omos eliminated him to win the match and secure the trophy for the second consecutive year.
Omos celebrated by raising the Copa Bardahl trophy above his head as the Mexico City crowd reacted to another dominant performance.
Winning the match in consecutive years strengthens Omos’ position as one of the most destructive attractions appearing in AAA.
