The Hardys kept signing autographs hours after the main event
Summary
– Matt Hardy revealed a massive autograph line after TNA Lockdown
– The Hardys had already been signing for more than two hours
– Fans remained in line after Matt and Jeff lost the TNA Tag Team Titles
Matt Hardy showed just how much demand The Hardys still command after TNA Lockdown, revealing a huge line of fans waiting for autographs more than two hours after the event ended.
Matt shared a video from the signing area following the August 23 show in Chicago. He explained that he and Jeff Hardy had already been signing autographs for well over two hours, yet many fans were still waiting to meet them.
According to Matt, the video did not even capture the entire line because the person recording stopped before reaching the end. The scene came after a demanding night for both brothers, who had just competed in the Lockdown main event.
The Hardys defended the TNA World Tag Team Championships against Nic and Ryan Nemeth inside the steel cage. Their title reign ended when Nic pinned Matt while Jeff was elsewhere in the cage, unable to break up the fall.
Rather than leaving after the loss, Matt and Jeff moved into the lengthy autograph session. Fans continued waiting despite the late hour, giving The Hardys another example of the connection they still maintain with wrestling audiences after decades in the business.
The loss may have ended their latest championship run, but the post-show response showed that their popularity remains strong. Even after a physical main event and more than two hours of signing, the line of supporters waiting for The Hardys was still far from finished.
After main eventing #TNALockdown, we’ve been furiously signing for well over 2 hours.. And this is the line that still remains. From some reason, the person recording the video didn’t even go to the end of it 😂 pic.twitter.com/ZUt5LLmo37
