Lash Legend has secured the final spot in the Interim WWE Women’s Championship Ladder Match at SummerSlam.
Legend faced Giulia on SmackDown with both women chasing their final opportunity to reach the championship match. Giulia immediately relied on her speed, strikes, and submission skills to prevent her powerful opponent from building momentum.
Giulia trapped Legend in a modified Octopus Hold before connecting with the Arrivederci knee. She continued controlling the match and later locked in a guillotine that appeared close to ending Legend’s SummerSlam hopes.
Legend refused to submit and used her remarkable strength to escape the hold. Her power repeatedly proved to be the difference whenever Giulia appeared ready to take control.
After surviving Giulia’s relentless offense, Legend delivered the Lash Extension and scored the three-count to earn the biggest singles opportunity of her WWE career.
The victory also gives Legend her first appearance at SummerSlam. She previously found success as a tag team champion but will now have an opportunity to capture singles gold on one of WWE’s biggest stages.
