Director of Operations remains part of TNA’s weekly iMPACT setup
Summary
– Daria Rae has officially re-signed with TNA Wrestling
– Rae will continue as TNA’s Director of Operations on Thursday Night iMPACT
– Her weekly tension with Santino Marella remains a key part of the show
Daria Rae is staying with TNA Wrestling.
Rae, formerly known as Sonya Deville in WWE, has officially re-signed with the company and will continue in her role as TNA’s Director of Operations.
TNA confirmed the deal after Rae became a regular part of Thursday Night iMPACT! following her surprise debut on the AMC premiere episode.
Since arriving in TNA, Rae has been positioned as an important weekly authority figure. Her clashes with Director of Authority Santino Marella have helped keep her involved in ongoing storylines every week.
TNA also made it clear that Rae is a major part of the company’s presentation across AMC and AMC+ in the United States, Sportsnet 360 in Canada, and TNA+ internationally.
Her role has not been treated like a quick surprise appearance. Instead, TNA has built her into the show’s structure, giving her a steady place in the company’s authority dynamic.
Rae previously spoke positively about her experience in TNA, praising the roster and the company’s culture. Her new deal shows that both sides see value in continuing the partnership.
The signing comes as TNA prepares for a busy stretch. Lockdown is scheduled for August 23 at Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago, with every match taking place inside a steel cage. TNA also has major live events set for July 30 and July 31 at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia.
Rae’s future in TNA still has several possible directions. She could remain in power, create more chaos with Santino, or eventually return to the ring.
For now, TNA clearly sees Daria Rae as part of its future, and her weekly role on iMPACT! is set to continue.
