Members of the Super Troopers 3 cast met with Lesnar and celebrated his unforgettable battle with Oba Femi. Kevin Heffernan shared a photo with Lesnar on Instagram while congratulating both competitors for delivering one of the biggest matches of the weekend.
“Congrats to Brock Lesnar on one of the most intense Hell in the Cell fights in history. And shoutout to @oba_of_wwe on the W. What an incredible night for @wwe,” Heffernan wrote.
Lesnar and Femi closed the first night of SummerSlam instead of the Undisputed WWE Championship match between CM Punk and Cody Rhodes. Their violent performance ultimately justified WWE’s decision to place them in the main event.
The Beast Incarnate ripped apart the ring canvas during the match and exposed the wooden boards underneath. He then drove Femi into the exposed surface with a Tombstone Piledriver, but the rising star survived and continued fighting.
