Rollins made the mistake of eating chips and salsa in the delivery room
Summary
– Becky Lynch spent approximately 24 hours in labor without an epidural
– Seth Rollins nearly got kicked out for eating chips and salsa in the delivery room
– Rollins remained beside Lynch and witnessed the birth of their daughter
Seth Rollins supported Becky Lynch during the birth of their daughter, but his choice of delivery-room snack nearly got him thrown out.
During an appearance on the Harland Highway podcast, Lynch recalled spending approximately 24 hours in labor before giving birth.
Lynch confirmed that she did not receive an epidural. Doctors induced labor using Pitocin, which she explained was used to begin the contractions.
Approximately six hours of the process involved particularly intense contractions. Rollins remained in the room to support his wife, although Lynch initially wanted him positioned near her head.
The situation became more difficult when Rollins got hungry and started eating chips and salsa. Lynch admitted that the decision made her consider kicking him out of the delivery room.
The conversation became even more ridiculous when the interviewer joked about Rollins eating the placenta. Lynch responded that her husband already had the chips available for dipping.
Despite the snack incident, Rollins was allowed to remain in the room. Lynch also confirmed that he eventually saw the entire birth despite her earlier instructions about where he should stand.
Rollins witnessed one of the biggest moments of their lives, but Lynch made it clear that eating chips and salsa while she endured hours of labor nearly cost him his place in the room.
