AJ Styles made a surprise appearance at The Dungeon to help train Natalya and TJ Wilson’s students. What began as a regular practice developed into an unexpected five-hour session led by the retired WWE star.
Natalya shared details about the visit on social media and described the experience as a masterclass from one of professional wrestling’s greatest performers.
“We had no intentions of a five-hour practice, but when AJ Styles drops in and gives us a masterclass, you do whatever it takes to learn from one of the best to ever do it,” Natalya wrote. “What a phenomenal night at The Dungeon.”
Brodie Lee Jr., Avery Styles, Giulia, Hazuki, Fuwa-chan, and Ranna Yagami were among those present for the training session. Styles used the opportunity to pass along knowledge from his lengthy career to the wrestlers and students in attendance.
Styles retired from in-ring competition in January but has remained involved in professional wrestling. He has continued working with WWE as a scout and recently served as a producer for NXT.
The Dungeon has become an important training destination under Natalya and Wilson, regularly bringing together established wrestlers and developing talent. Styles’ surprise visit gave its students a rare opportunity to learn directly from a former WWE Champion.
