Adriana Rizzo is ready to return after a long and difficult injury recovery.
The WWE NXT talent announced on Instagram that she has officially been cleared for in-ring action. She shared a photo of a cake that celebrated the news, making it clear that her comeback is now one major step closer.
Rizzo explained that her injury history has been brutal. She said she tore her left Achilles tendon three years ago, partially tore her left ACL months later, then fully tore the same ACL in 2025 while also tearing her meniscus and spraining her MCL.
That kind of setback could have ended her momentum, but Rizzo said she finally feels like herself again. She admitted the process left her wondering if she would ever return to that point.
Rizzo thanked her surgeon, doctors, athletic trainers, coaches, family, and everyone who supported her during the recovery. She also gave Jonah a special message, thanking him for helping her carry through the hardest stretch of her life.
Her return had already looked possible after she was seen back at the WWE Performance Center. Now that she has been cleared, the next question is when NXT will bring her back into the mix.
After everything she went through, Rizzo’s return could become an emotional moment for fans who have followed her recovery.
