WWE SmackDown continues the road to Money in the Bank tonight with three major matches scheduled for Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Trick Williams will defend the United States Championship against Baron Corbin inside a Steel Cage. Their ongoing issues have escalated to the point where WWE has placed both competitors inside the structure, giving Corbin another opportunity to challenge Williams for the title.
The final men’s Money in the Bank qualifying spot will also be decided when Finn Balor, CM Punk, and Gunther meet in a Triple Threat Match. Punk is looking to rebound after losing the Undisputed WWE Championship to Sami Zayn, while Balor and Gunther are chasing a guaranteed championship opportunity.
The women’s field will be completed when Giulia, Charlotte Flair, and Lash Legend compete in another Triple Threat qualifier. Only one competitor will advance to the ladder match in New Orleans.
