Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson brought in significant earnings from TKO in 2025 under his agreement with the company. A new SEC filing detailed both his royalty payments and additional reimbursements tied to his role.
According to the filing, Johnson earned $900,000 in royalties through his intellectual property agreement with TKO. He joined the TKO board in January 2024, with the deal connected to his name, likeness, and other branded assets.
The same filing also showed that he received $600,000 for travel expenses related to services provided under the Johnson Services Agreement. Those reimbursements covered travel tied to his responsibilities with the company.
It was also noted that Johnson was unable to attend several board meetings because of prior business commitments. TKO’s board reportedly met seven times during the year.
Outside of the corporate side, The Rock remained involved on WWE television during 2025. He appeared during the Raw on Netflix premiere in January, showed up on NXT the following week, returned on SmackDown in February, and later made his final appearance of the year at Elimination Chamber.
The update highlights how Johnson continues to balance his executive role with his on-screen WWE presence while remaining one of the company’s biggest names.
