Summary
– The Elite reunited to defeat the Don Callis Family on AEW Dynamite
– The match honored late AEW star Benjamin Satterley, known as PAC
– Kenny Omega finished the bout with an One-Winged Angel on Trent Beretta
The Elite reunited for one night during AEW Dynamite: A Tribute to PAC, honoring the late Benjamin Satterley with a wild eight-man tag team match.
Kenny Omega, AEW World Tag Team Champions Matt and Nick Jackson, and Hangman Adam Page joined forces against Kyle Fletcher, Kevin Knight, Rocky Romero, and Trent Beretta of the Don Callis Family.
The match quickly became chaotic, with all eight wrestlers fighting around the ring instead of following a traditional tag team structure. The Don Callis Family attacked first, but The Elite soon took control through their experience and teamwork.
Omega, Page, and the Young Bucks worked together to overwhelm their opponents. They delivered a series of dives to the outside before trapping members of the opposing team in the corners and unloading with punches.
Romero tried to create momentum with his signature celebration, but Page appeared behind him. Omega then joined Page in chopping Romero back and forth while the Young Bucks blocked his escape.
The Elite continued showing their chemistry throughout the match. Matt Jackson hit multiple Northern Lights Suplexes, including one on Beretta, while Omega dropped Knight with a Snap Dragon Suplex.
Knight attempted to fight back but ran directly into a V-Trigger from Omega. The Young Bucks then helped clear the ring before delivering a Superkick Party to Romero.
Beretta took the brunt of the punishment during the closing stretch. He was hit with a V-Trigger and a Buckshot Lariat at the same time before the Young Bucks followed with a BTE Trigger.
Omega then connected with the One-Winged Angel, scoring the decisive pinfall and giving The Elite the victory.
The result gave fans a memorable reunion while honoring PAC, who had become closely connected to several members of both teams throughout his AEW career.
