Mandy Rose has developed a close relationship with Elayna Black and now considers the TNA star a little sister figure.
Speaking with TMZ’s Inside The Ring, Rose recalled how Black contacted her shortly before leaving WWE. Black reportedly sensed that her release was coming and reached out for advice.
Rose said she immediately connected Black with her management team, helping her prepare for the next stage of her career. She also remembered calling Black “little girl” when they worked together in WWE.
Rose believes their friendship grew stronger after Black left the company. She praised Black’s progress and said it was meaningful that the younger wrestler looked up to her.
Black returned to independent wrestling after WWE and signed with TNA in January 2026. She also launched an adult-content account as another source of income, following a path Rose had previously taken.
Rose said Black made smart use of her existing audience and acted quickly after leaving WWE. She added that Black wasted no time building opportunities outside the promotion.
