Logan Paul is giving fans a raw look at his recovery after tricep surgery.
The WWE Superstar posted a new video showing the bruising, stitches, swelling, and treatment he is undergoing after the injury. Paul described the update as a day in the life of WWE’s most injured superstar.
Paul started the video with his arm elevated to help reduce swelling. He also joked that his wife had to help him with basic daily tasks, including putting on deodorant.
The video then showed Paul unwrapping his arm to reveal heavy bruising from the surgery. He joked about the purple and yellow coloring as he continued through the early stages of rehab.
Paul’s recovery routine included ice, red light therapy, a pressure wrap, a brace, and hyperbaric treatment. He kept his usual personality throughout the video, joking about reading The Art of War while inside the chamber.
Doctors reportedly told Paul the injury could take about 6 months to heal. Paul made it clear that he does not plan to accept that timeline without pushing to beat it.
The injury happened at Saturday Night’s Main Event in May when The Vision defended the WWE Tag Team Titles against The Street Profits. Since then, Paul has continued to document his recovery and show fans the reality of his post-surgery process.
His absence has already affected WWE’s tag team division. Bron Breakker has stepped in to team with Austin Theory as the interim WWE Tag Team Champion while Paul recovers.
Paul also previously admitted he owed CM Punk an apology after mocking him for suffering the same injury during their rivalry.
Even while recovering, Paul still mixed his normal content style into the video. He included family moments, influencer-style jokes, and a sports betting win after the Knicks pulled out a one-point victory.
Paul is clearly facing a difficult recovery, but he is not disappearing from the spotlight. Whether he returns before the expected six-month window remains to be seen.
