Kiefer Sutherland made time to explore Belfast before taking the stage in the city.
The actor and musician shared a social media video after arriving in Northern Ireland for the first time. In the clip, Sutherland said many of the places he had posted from during his tour were cities he had visited before, but Belfast was new to him.
Sutherland filmed part of the update near the Titanic Memorial at Belfast City Hall. The stop gave fans a brief look at his visit before his scheduled performance at The Empire Music Hall on May 20, 2026.
The Belfast show is part of Sutherland’s Love Will Bring You Home tour, which continues through the UK and Ireland. The tour also supports his upcoming fourth studio album, Grey.
His Belfast arrival comes shortly after he canceled several U.S. dates because of very low ticket sales. Sutherland said he did not think it was fair to fans or venues to perform in half-empty rooms, but his UK and Ireland dates remain scheduled.
Sutherland remains best known for roles in 24, The Lost Boys, Stand by Me, A Few Good Men, and Designated Survivor. He has also built a music career centered on country and Americana storytelling.
