Jordynne Grace studies aviation after WWE star faces FAA medical clearance setback during pilot training

Jordynne Grace Faces FAA Setback

WWE star’s pilot dream delayed by medical clearance denial

Summary

– Jordynne Grace’s pilot training hit a setback after the FAA denied her medical clearance

– Grace said her ADHD diagnosis and medication history created a major roadblock

– She remains hopeful after already passing her FAA knowledge test and flight milestones

Jordynne Grace’s path toward becoming a licensed pilot has taken an unexpected turn.

The WWE SmackDown star shared that her FAA medical clearance was denied after she applied for it before her first solo flight. Grace said she did not know her ADHD diagnosis could create an issue during the certification process.

The denial has forced Grace into a longer and more expensive review process. She said she must stop taking her medication for 90 days and complete a neuropsychological evaluation that could cost around $5,000.

Grace admitted the news left her disappointed, especially after the progress she had already made in training. Still, she is trying to view the situation as a temporary obstacle rather than the end of her goal.

Her setback comes shortly after a major win. Grace passed her FAA Airman Knowledge Test on May 23, 2026, scoring 85 percent on the Private Pilot Airplane exam on her first attempt.

Grace had also been sharing her early flight training milestones with fans. She said the first lessons were intimidating, but she eventually reached the point where she could take off and land without help.

Her interest in flying goes beyond personal achievement. Grace previously said she wants to earn her pilot’s license so she can volunteer with Pilots N Paws, an organization that helps transport rescue animals.

The FAA denial has grounded that plan for now, but Grace does not sound ready to walk away. She has faced difficult challenges before, and this latest setback appears to be another fight she intends to take on.

For now, Grace continues her WWE career while working through the next steps of the medical review process. Her pilot journey may be delayed, but it is not finished.
