Chelsea Green has confirmed that she suffered a broken orbital bone during Friday night’s episode of WWE SmackDown.

Green sustained the injury while teaming with Tiffany Stratton against WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid.

In a video shared on Instagram, Green explained that she initially wanted to keep the injury private but decided to address it after reports began circulating online.

“I did get injured last night,” Green said. “Stuff happens. It’s live television. It’s wrestling. It’s an occupational hazard.”

Green revealed that she visited the emergency room after the show and received the diagnosis.

“I have a broken orbital bone,” she said. “It looks amazing, all things considered. It feels awful, but looks pretty amazing.”

Green admitted that she does not know what the injury means for her immediate future. She also said the situation feels different from previous injuries that she incorporated into her on-screen character.

The WWE star plans to take time to process what happened and recover from the head trauma before determining her next step.

“We’re just gonna take it day by day,” Green said. “World domination continues. We’ve just had a minor blip.”

The injury comes shortly after Green captured the interim WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam 2026.

No timetable has been announced for her return.
