Their broken friendship fuels another tense exchange
Summary
– Bayley confronted Lyra Valkyria and warned that their rivalry ends on her terms
– Valkyria blamed Bayley for missing Money in the Bank and losing to Io Sky
– Bayley challenged her former partner’s belief that she controls the situation
Bayley delivered a pointed warning to Lyra Valkyria during the October 5 episode of WWE Raw. After Valkyria blamed her former tag team partner for recent setbacks, Bayley interrupted to make clear that their issues were far from settled.
The exchange began with Byron Saxton asking Valkyria how she planned to recover from her loss to Io Sky the previous week. Rather than discuss her next match, Valkyria questioned why she had not reached the top despite believing she had everything needed to succeed.
Valkyria then directed her frustration toward Bayley. She pointed out that she had broken up their team and beaten Bayley twice, yet still blamed her for being left out of Money in the Bank and failing to defeat Sky.
“I smashed apart our tag team, I beat her twice, and yet Bayley is the reason I’m not in Money in the Bank,” Valkyria said.
Her frustration turned into repeated questions about what she needed to do to end the situation. Bayley appeared before Valkyria could finish, responding directly to the idea that her former partner could decide when their conflict was over.
Bayley referenced the damage Valkyria had done to their team, their friendship, and their personal relationship. She warned that what Valkyria viewed as one chapter in her own story would carry greater consequences.
“It’s not gonna be the end until I say that it’s over,” Bayley told her.
The confrontation left Valkyria’s attempts to move forward unresolved. Despite her two victories over Bayley, her former partner made clear that those results had not settled what happened between them.
