Liv Morgan is looking back on the long road that turned her from a young hopeful into one of WWE’s top women’s stars.
The WWE Women’s World Champion spoke with the Toronto Sun about her career and admitted that it is still strange to realize how much of her life has been spent with WWE.
Morgan said she often thinks about the fact that nearly half of her life has been connected to the company. Because of that, WWE feels like more than a workplace to her.
She described WWE as something close to family, saying it sometimes feels like all she knows. That connection comes from years of growth, setbacks, reinvention, and finally reaching the level she always hoped for.
Morgan also said she knew very early that wrestling was what she wanted to do. She traced that dream back to when she was five years old.
Still, knowing she wanted to become a wrestler and believing she had truly found her place were two different things. For Morgan, that confidence came much later.
She pointed to the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour in 2024 as the moment everything started to click. Morgan said that running helped her prove doubters wrong and prove herself right.
That period became a turning point because it allowed Morgan to find her own lane. It gave her a clearer identity, stronger momentum, and a deeper belief in what she could bring to WWE.
Morgan was also asked whether she would be satisfied if her career ended tomorrow. She said satisfied was not the word she would choose because she still feels there is more left for her to do.
At the same time, Morgan said she would be proud of what she has already built. She reflected on entering the wrestling business as a 20-year-old from New Jersey, passionate, open-minded, and with no real idea of what it would demand of her.
That journey is what makes her current success mean more. Morgan did not arrive in WWE as a finished product, but she kept building until she became a champion and a major piece of the women’s division.
For Morgan, the story is not finished. She is proud of the legacy she has already created, but she still believes the best version of Liv Morgan has more to give.
