Former champion calls flipping off fans a dream moment
Summary
– Ronda Rousey shared a video flipping off fans after AEW Revolution
– The moment happened while leaving the arena with Marina Shafir
– Rousey said the crowd taunt was something she always wanted to do
Ronda Rousey made it clear she had no intention of playing nice during her appearance at AEW Revolution. The former UFC champion even celebrated the moment afterward by sharing footage with fans online.
After the March 15 pay-per-view at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, Rousey posted a video on Instagram showing her walking through the crowd alongside Marina Shafir. The clip captured Rousey repeatedly flipping off fans as the two exited through the arena.
Rousey leaned fully into the crowd’s hostile reaction. She wrote in the caption that flipping off a pro wrestling crowd was something she had always wanted to do, and said sharing the moment with Marina Shafir made it even better.
The video came from the chaotic segment earlier during AEW Revolution. The moment began shortly after Toni Storm defeated Marina Shafir in a match earlier in the show.
Rousey suddenly appeared and entered the ring to confront Storm. The situation escalated quickly as Storm rushed toward Rousey and the two nearly came to blows before referees and security rushed in to separate them.
The confrontation took another turn when Shafir attacked Storm from behind. The strike dropped Storm and created more chaos inside the ring.
Rousey and Shafir eventually left through the crowd while officials tried to restore order. That exact exit is what Rousey later showed in the video she posted online.
The surprise appearance came while Rousey was preparing for an MMA return fight against Gina Carano, scheduled for May 16 in California.
Despite the upcoming fight, Rousey appeared to enjoy the wrestling moment and openly embraced the crowd’s loud boos at AEW Revolution.
