Ospreay refuses to be sidelined again
Summary
– Will Ospreay attacked Jon Moxley during a ringside assault
– The Death Riders and The Dogs turned on Francesco Akira
– Ospreay hit the Hidden Blade and cleared the ring
Will Ospreay came to Francesco Akira’s aid during the September 16 episode of AEW Dynamite after the Death Riders and The Dogs launched a brutal attack.
Jon Moxley had already taken advantage of a distraction to hit Akira with the Paradigm Shift. Wheeler Yuta and the other members of the group continued creating problems around ringside as Akira struggled to defend himself.
Moxley then delivered multiple attacks before locking Akira in the Bulldog Choke. Andrade tried to intervene, but the situation quickly became even more chaotic when The Dogs and the Death Riders appeared to work together.
The assault brought back memories of the attack that previously put Ospreay on the shelf. This time, Ospreay refused to stay away.
Ospreay rushed in and connected with the Hidden Blade on Moxley. He then went after Pac and fought through the rest of the group as the Death Riders and The Dogs scattered.
Ospreay’s return to the fight sent a clear message. He is not willing to let the same group sideline him again, and he is ready to fight anyone who stands in his way.
