Summary

– Liv Morgan has joined the cast of the psychological thriller Ping

– The movie is currently filming in Mississippi with Megan Lawless leading the cast

– Ping marks Morgan’s third film following The Kill Room and Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo

Liv Morgan is continuing to expand her acting career with a role in the upcoming psychological thriller Ping.

The WWE Women’s World Champion joins a cast led by Megan Lawless, who recently played Sarah Harper in Obsession. Production is currently underway in Mississippi.

Ping follows an aspiring creative director who lands what appears to be the perfect remote job. The opportunity becomes increasingly disturbing when she finds herself forced to choose between protecting her sanity and satisfying a boss she can never escape.

Richie Gordon is writing and directing the film. He explained that the story examines how modern workplace expectations can push people toward longer hours and personal burnout while asking how much work is enough.

The project will become Morgan’s third movie. She previously appeared in the 2023 thriller The Kill Room and also has a prominent role in Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo.

Morgan is balancing the new acting opportunity with her position at the top of WWE’s women’s division. She recently retained the Women’s World Championship against Stephanie Vaquer on Monday Night RAW following interference from The Judgment Day.

No release date has been announced for Ping. With filming underway, Morgan now has another major project extending her career beyond the wrestling ring.
