The former New Day members will make their cruise debut in November
Summary
– Kofi and Austin Creed will appear on Chris Jericho’s next wrestling cruise
– The cruise will sail from Miami to the Bahamas from November 7 through November 11
– The booking has fueled AEW speculation, but it does not confirm that either performer has signed
Kofi and Austin Creed have officially been announced for the next Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea.
Jericho revealed that the former New Day members will make their debut on the cruise, which will sail from Miami to the Bahamas from November 7 through November 11.
“Hello Cruisers! It’s a brand new day and we are beyond excited to announce that Kofi and Austin Creed are making their Jericho Cruise debut,” Jericho wrote.
Although they are no longer being advertised under The New Day name, the announcement referenced several familiar parts of their former WWE presentation.
Jericho promised fans unicorns, trombones, gaming, pancakes, and more when the duo joins the cruise.
The booking comes as speculation continues about where Kofi and Creed will wrestle following their WWE departures.
Their 90-day non-compete restrictions have reportedly expired, leaving both performers free to accept new opportunities.
AEW has been mentioned as a possible destination, and their involvement in an event run by Jericho will likely fuel those rumors.
However, appearing on the Jericho Cruise does not confirm that either performer has signed with AEW.
The cruise is not exclusively an AEW event and has previously featured wrestlers from outside the company.
Neither performer has officially announced his next wrestling destination.
For now, their Jericho Cruise debut represents their latest confirmed appearance since leaving WWE.
