Rhea Ripley has been seen for the first time since undergoing surgery for a torn meniscus.

Ripley appeared during a Twitch livestream hosted by professional wrestler and content creator KingKreas.

The former Women’s World Champion wore a large knee brace and used crutches as she made her way into the room.

KingKreas helped Ripley get seated before moving her chair closer to the camera.

The footage shows Ripley in the early stages of recovery just days after her operation.

Ripley announced on August 6 that she required surgery after the torn meniscus failed to heal without an operation.

“Surgery was never a first option for me, but it got to the point that it was needed,” Ripley wrote. “First one down. Hopefully no more.”

Ripley has not revealed whether doctors repaired the meniscus or removed the damaged portion. The type of procedure could significantly affect the length of her recovery.

No official timetable has been announced for Ripley’s return to WWE.

For now, Ripley remains in a brace and on crutches as she begins the rehabilitation process.
