Chelsea Green came to Raw determined to confront Judgment Day, and she found an unexpected ally in IYO SKY.
Green explained her appearance to Adam Pearce by insisting she would rather find the group herself than wait for them to come after her. Pearce questioned the wisdom of that approach, but the WWE Women’s Champion maintained that she was not afraid.
The confrontation quickly followed. Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez mocked Green as a temporary champion and reminded her of Perez’s victory over her the previous week.
Perez pointed out that Green was fortunate the WWE Women’s Championship had not been at stake. She also made clear that she expected to hold the title eventually.
SKY interrupted before the exchange could go any further, telling both women they needed to learn to respect one another.
She called out Rodriguez for her comments the previous week and criticized the pair for disrespecting the WWE Women’s Champion. Green enthusiastically backed her up, although Perez continued reminding everyone that she had already beaten Chelsea.
SKY then offered a way to settle the argument, asking Pearce to put them together that night so they could teach Judgment Day a lesson.
Pearce approved the suggestion, making Green and SKY official against Rodriguez and Perez.
Before leaving to prepare, Green asked Pearce to pass along a message to Liv Morgan.
“Just send a little message to Liv to watch me.”
Green arrived looking to stand up to Judgment Day herself. With SKY now beside her, she had both a partner and a chance to answer the group in the ring.
