The appearance followed a quick change from AAA. The promotion had previously canceled the event after Kaiser, whose real name is Marcel Barthel, was arrested in Orange County, Florida, earlier this week.

Barthel turned himself in after learning there was an active warrant connected to an alleged April 23 incident at the Paramount on Lake Eola Apartments in Orlando. He later posted $1,000 bond and entered a written plea of not guilty.

The misdemeanor battery case remains active. Investigators previously cited witness statements, visible injuries, surveillance footage, and a photo lineup identification while establishing probable cause.

Kaiser’s legal team later filed a supplemental motion asking the court to allow him to travel outside Florida and internationally while the case continues. The filing stated that prosecutors did not object to the request.
