– Hardy praised TNA’s growth in attendance, ticket sales, and overall momentum
Matt Hardy believes big news is coming soon for TNA Wrestling. Speaking on his Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, the veteran star revealed that a new media rights deal for the company could be finalized by the end of 2025 or early 2026.
“I think some very exciting things are on the horizon,” Hardy said. “From what I’m hearing, by the end of this year or the first of next year, there is going to be a new media rights deal announced. It’s going to be huge for TNA. Just being somewhere where we get more eyeballs on the product.”
Hardy praised the company’s momentum, crediting TNA President Carlos Silva, the creative team, and top stars like Nic Nemeth, Joe Hendry, and Mike Santana for helping elevate the product. He also acknowledged the WWE partnership as a major factor in TNA’s growing visibility and success.
TNA’s Bound For Glory event passed without a new TV deal announcement, but Silva previously confirmed that negotiations were progressing positively. Hardy said the company’s hard work is paying off with improved ticket sales, attendance, and pay-per-view buys.
“I’m proud of everybody,” he added. “Everybody has busted their ass and worked really hard.”
If Hardy’s prediction holds, fans may not have to wait much longer for the official reveal of TNA’s next big move in broadcast expansion.
