Summary

The Hardy Boyz are ready to open up about their lives like never before. Matt and Jeff Hardy have confirmed they’re each working on their own autobiographies, offering fans a firsthand look at their personal and professional journeys.
During an interview with The Wrestling History Channel, Matt revealed that both brothers have more than enough material to fill solo books after decades of success and hardship in wrestling. He noted that the timing finally feels right to tell their stories fully.
Jeff went further, revealing that his autobiography is already in progress. Unlike a traditional wrestling memoir, his book will dig deep into his personal struggles, especially his long fight with alcoholism. He shared that he kept detailed journals during those years, which now form the project’s backbone. “I got four years’ worth of journaling throughout my alcoholism,” Jeff said. “So, I’ve already started trying to go back to each page and write one, but it’s a huge project. I might end up needing a little help.”
The brothers last collaborated on a book in 2003 with Exist 2 Inspire, released during their WWE run. However, the years since have brought new chapters — from their TNA success to their emotional 2017 WWE return and the following public challenges.
Fans can expect these upcoming releases to be unfiltered, emotional, and deeply human — a true reflection of two brothers who turned their real lives into wrestling legend.
