– His last in-ring appearance was a loss to Rey Mysterio on November 24

JD McDonagh is officially on the shelf. The Judgment Day member revealed on Instagram that he is stepping away to fix a physical issue he has been ignoring for quite some time. He shared the news directly with his followers to explain his recent absence from television.

McDonagh posted a photo from a hospital bed that showed his arm heavily wrapped in a cast. He admitted in the caption that he has been working through “some stuff” for the last few months. The Irish Ace noted that it was finally time to take a step back and get back on track so he could return at one hundred percent.

The technical specialist last competed on the November 24 episode of Monday Night RAW. He faced Rey Mysterio in a singles match but ultimately came up short against the Hall of Famer. He has not appeared in the ring since that loss to the Master of the 619.

There is currently no official timetable for his return to the red brand. McDonagh promised fans that he would be right back, but for now, the Judgment Day will have to operate without one of their key members.
