Farming adventure will support cross-platform multiplayer

Luma Island is coming to PlayStation 5 after attracting more than 800,000 players on PC since its November 2024 launch.
Players begin with an old caravan and a rundown farm before building their own island adventure. They can grow crops, raise animals, decorate their property, choose from eight professions, meet townsfolk, and hatch magical Lumas.
The island also features forests, mountains, jungles, resource-filled caves, and ancient temples packed with puzzles, traps, and hidden treasures. Pirate Cove adds another area to explore, along with pirate-themed minigames and challenges.
Luma Island supports solo play or online multiplayer for up to four players. Cross-platform play will allow PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC users to explore the island together.
Players can choose between Cozy, Adventure, and Hero difficulty modes. Cozy Mode removes combat unless players choose to engage, while the other settings introduce additional challenges.
The game does not include stamina bars or inventory limits, giving players the freedom to focus on farming, decorating, fishing, exploration, or combat at their own pace.
Luma Island can now be wishlisted on the PlayStation Store. A PS5 release date has not yet been announced.
