Speaking with TMZ’s Inside the Ring, the former WWE star discussed the importance of creating opportunities for Mexican and Latino wrestlers. He said providing a platform for new talent has always been important to him.
When asked if he would portray Sin Cara again, he made it clear that he would seriously consider the opportunity. Sin Cara explained that he is more mature now and would make decisions with greater perspective than he did during his first WWE run.
Sin Cara requested his WWE release in November 2019 after saying he felt stuck and undervalued. WWE granted the request the following month, ending his run with the company.
He acknowledged that a return is not currently being discussed, but he has not ruled it out. Sin Cara said he plans to continue preparing himself and doing what he loves while remaining open to whatever opportunities come next.
The former WWE star also admitted that a return occasionally crosses his mind. For now, there are no confirmed plans, but Sin Cara believes wrestling can create unexpected opportunities at any time.
