– Valkyria warned Rodriguez after referencing her brutal attack on Bayley
Lyra Valkyria delivered a threatening message to Women’s Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez during the August 3 episode of WWE Raw.
During a backstage interview with Byron Saxton, Valkyria discussed her desire to regain the championship she once held.
Valkyria claimed she had created the title and insisted she would eventually find her way back to it.
“Byron, I created that title. It was made for me, by me, and I’m always going to find my way back to it,” Valkyria said.
She then turned her attention to former champion Sol Ruca, mocking her for losing the title and questioning whether she had the mental strength required to succeed.
Valkyria also noted that Ruca lost the championship in the same building where her own reign had ended, calling it poetic.
The former champion then issued a direct warning to Rodriguez.
Valkyria told Rodriguez to watch what she did to Bayley at Saturday Night’s Main Event and claimed that she had brutalized someone she once considered a friend.
“If I did that to a friend, what do you think I’d do to someone I don’t even like?” Valkyria asked.
The message made Valkyria’s intentions clear. She wants another opportunity to capture the Women’s Intercontinental Championship and is prepared to target Rodriguez to get it.
