Former WWE Superstar Mandy Rose recently revealed details about complications from a surgery she underwent a decade ago as a fitness competitor. Rose, known as “God’s Greatest Creation,” participated in the 2015 Tough Enough competition before signing with WWE.

In a recent episode of her Power Alphas podcast, Rose disclosed the challenges she faced after the surgery, attributing them to potentially returning to training too soon:

“So, I had gotten my b**bs done in 2013 and I trained a lot. I was competing with bodybuilding and stuff. So, like, you guys know if you’re in that world like you need to rest and recover for a while and like you really shouldn’t be training your chest for a long time. Really like sometimes they say you shouldn’t even really train your chest if you have (surgery) because you don’t really need to,” she shared.

Rose further elaborated on the complications, acknowledging symmetry and muscle contraction issues. Despite the challenges, she openly discussed her experiences, emphasizing that it’s not a matter of embarrassment.

Rose believes that her return after a 16-month absence for a major match at WWE WrestleMania 40 would be “fire,” indicating her readiness to step back into the ring.
