In “Phantom Liberty,” players will once again step into the shoes of the cyber-enhanced mercenary, V. This time, the stakes are higher than ever as V is tasked with a mission of utmost importance: saving the NUSA President. Set against the backdrop of Dogtown, a perilous district known for its treacherous alleys and unpredictable inhabitants, players will navigate a complex web of shattered loyalties and dark political games.
