WWE ring announcer Samantha Irvin recently gave fans an exclusive peek into her makeup routine as she prepped for WWE Payback. In a candid ‘Get Ready With Me’ session, Samantha shared her favorite products, makeup tips, and even delved into her past experiences in the world of theater and Cirque du Soleil.
Starting with her foundation, Samantha emphasized the importance of achieving a natural, dewy look. “On television, it does look a little better when you have a more full coverage,” she noted. While she sometimes relies on the WWE makeup team for that flawless TV-ready finish, Samantha often does her makeup herself, especially when she’s pressed for time due to rehearsals.
She playfully warned viewers not to judge her makeup skills, sharing that she’s not a professional makeup artist but has learned a lot from her theater background. “I come from the Theater World, and we don’t have makeup artists there,” she explained. Her stint with Cirque du Soleil was particularly educational, where she underwent rigorous makeup training and learned through trial and error.
Samantha’s makeup collection boasts products from renowned brands, with Fenty by Rihanna being one of her favorites. She also swears by her Dior foundation for its light and dewy finish. “I like natural and simple and easy,” she remarked.
