Preliminary viewership data from Programming Insider on August 19 indicated that the episode attracted 2.233 million viewers, with the first hour drawing 2.240 million and the second hour at 2.225 million. These preliminary numbers, however, were influenced by local NFL preseason games broadcasted in several markets. The episode’s preliminary rating in the P18-59 demographic was 0.53, a slight drop from the 0.6 rating on August 4.
