Following His Departure from AEW, Pillman Jr. Prepares to Make Waves in WWE NXT
Brian Pillman Jr., son of former WWE star Brian Pillman, is reportedly set to be at the WWE NXT TV taping on August 8. After his contract with AEW expired in July, Pillman Jr. trained at the WWE Performance Center, and WWE showed immediate interest in him. Pillman Jr. had a prominent run in Major League Wrestling and competed for AEW in 2019, forming the varsity blonds tag team with Griff Garrison. Since departing AEW, Pillman Jr. has remained active on the independent scene and recently hinted at a “huge opportunity” coming in his career.
