The speculation was sparked by John Cena’s surprise appearance at the Money in the Bank event, where he delivered a passionate promo about the UK fans deserving a WrestleMania event.
Bischoff couldn’t help but smile at Cena’s words, noting that the crowd’s response was electric. He pondered whether WWE was teasing the idea of a London WrestleMania to prove they could outdraw their competitors at Wembley Stadium. The wrestling veteran went on to speculate that if he were to place a bet, he’d wager that a London WrestleMania could happen within the next five years. With the next WrestleMania location already announced as Philadelphia, it would be two years before a UK event could take place.
