Main Roster Talent Influx Boosts WWE NXT Ratings to Continued Strength
In a week featuring notable appearances from Mustafa Ali, Baron Corbin, and Dana Brooke, WWE NXT maintained its strong viewership on Tuesday night’s episode. The show averaged 615,000 viewers on the USA Network, marking a 1.3 percent increase from the previous week and achieving the highest audience total since April 25.
NXT’s performance in the coveted 18-49 demographic remained solid, securing a fifth-place finish on the cable charts with a 0.17 rating. This rating matches last week’s figure and ties as the second-highest rating NXT has achieved in that category throughout the year.
Notably, Tuesday night didn’t face significant sports competition, as Bravo’s Real Housewives claimed the top spot on the cable charts with a 0.35 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
NXT’s ratings remained relatively consistent across all demographic groups, with the most noticeable change occurring among females aged 12-34, which saw a 12.5 percent decrease from the previous week. Conversely, women aged 18-49 experienced an 8.3 percent increase.
When comparing the same week in 2022, NXT’s overall audience dipped by 6.4 percent. However, the show demonstrated a remarkable 21.4 percent increase in its 18-49 rating. This trend of strong year-over-year performance in the key demographic is evident across all three of WWE’s weekly television shows, solidifying their appeal to viewers. Notably, NXT has now achieved nine consecutive weeks of either maintaining or surpassing its performance from the corresponding week in the previous year.
